We make choices every day, which are best for you? As a Bilingual (English/French) Psychotherapist, I focus on helping you answer that question. This app permits my clients the ability to book services as needed. My passion and purpose is to inspire you with the guidance you need through every step of the way of your shift and/or healing. I seek to identify strengths and needs in both a compassionate & accepting way. I look forward to assisting you in discovering your optimal life and enjoy working with all aspects of change and transition in one's personal development through; school, career, relationships, finances, divorce, aging parents, illness - the process of life. I thrive on assisting people with weight (overweight & obesity), depression, anxiety, burn out, boundary setting, goal setting, self-esteem, relationships, divorce/separation, career decisions/transition, loneliness. I will explore with you why you make the choices you do in your daily life.
